In the man’s science-fiction story, the girl is raised to be sacrificed in a religious ritual in Sakiel-Norn. As is customary of human sacrifices in the city, she is mute after having her tongue cut out. The blind assassin is hired to kill the girl, but he falls in love with her and they escape the city together. However, they’re eaten by wolves shortly after.
