Dr. Neaux is a child psychiatrist who has spoken with Jesse, Kate, and Anna at multiple points throughout their childhoods. Sara calls her as an expert witness so that she can testify that donating a kidney would have a positive psychological effect on Anna. Campbell refutes this, pointing out that there is a good chance Kate will die during the transplant, which would obviously not psychologically benefit Anna.
