Proserpina Character Analysis

Proserpina is Ceres’s daughter and Pluto’s love interest. After being struck with Cupid’s arrow, Pluto falls in love with Proserpina, kidnaps her, and takes her to Hades. There, Proserpina becomes the Queen of the underworld, but she is sad and afraid. Eventually, Ceres arranges for her to spend half her time back on land where she is much happier.
